Getting the float ready.
We pulled the float with the truck.
Emily dressed up as the Statue of Liberty.
Erica dressed up as Betsy Ross.
Erin & Kyrah dressed up as colonial girls.
Bradford dressed up as Abraham Lincoln.
Ben, Bradford, Makaylee, Erica and John all dressed up!
Weston was a colonial boy.
Keith was a cowboy.
Pastor Mark and Kathy helped out with the kids. Kathy dressed up as a colonial woman, Jon Griffin dressed up as Davy Crocket,Yachni dressed up as Pocohantis, Ben Griffin was Davy Crocket's partner, and Ethan Cutts was Paul Revere.
The colonists even pulled little covered wagons.
It was very cute. The children did a great job.
Grandpa and Grandma Harris rode in the back of the truck and they also participated in the float. They dressed up and Grandpa Harris played his harmonica.
This was Garret's very first parade. Daddy & Garret watching the parade.

This is the end of the parade. The float is starting to fall apart and the children are tired from a long walk. But they did a great job and won first place in the parade!
